  • Does your hotel allow pets?

    Absolutely! We do allow pets complimentary during the off-season and for an additional $75/night pet fee during the summer season. Owners are responsible for the conduct of their pets while on-site. Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms to avoid unwanted noise disturbances to other guests.

  • Are there rollaway beds or cribs? Is there a charge?
    We offer sofa beds in most accommodations at no additional charge. Cribs are also available upon request at no additional charge.
  • Does the hotel offer accessible rooms?
    Yes, we have a total of 4 accessible hotel rooms that provide a single king/two queen beds and a range of accessibility features. We strive to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone by offering lowered door security features on the door, roll-in showers, grab bars, and visual telephones for hearing impaired guests.
  • What is the cancellation/deposit policy?
    We require a full deposit at time of booking which may be canceled without penalty 7 days prior to arrival. Our non-refundable and pre-paid rates will be subject to the terms and conditions of the rate or package booked.
  • Is there shopping and dining nearby?
    Absolutely! Situated in Pier Village, Long Branch, New Jersey, our hotel puts you within walking distance to the beach and all of Pier Village shops and dining. Walk to our two onsite restaurants (Branch Cantina and Maya) and embark on mouthwatering Mexican and Mediterranean dishes.
