  • Does your hotel allow pets?

    Absolutely! We do allow pets complimentary during the off-season and for an additional $75/night pet fee during the summer season. Owners are responsible for the conduct of their pets while on-site. Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms to avoid unwanted noise disturbances to other guests.
  • Are there rollaway beds or cribs? Is there a charge?

    We offer sofa beds in most accommodations at no additional charge. Rollaway beds are available for $30 per day and are subject to room type and availability. Cribs (ages 0–2) are available upon request at no additional charge.
  • Does the hotel offer accessible rooms?

    Yes, we have a total of 4 accessible hotel rooms that provide a single king/two queen beds and a range of accessibility features. We strive to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone by offering lowered door security features on the door, roll-in showers, grab bars, and visual telephones for hearing impaired guests.
  • What is the check-in/check-out time?

    Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out times can be requested, but they depend on availability and will not be guaranteed. For any further information, please feel free to contact us anytime (305-871-4100); we will be happy to answer your questions.

  • What is the cancellation/deposit policy?

    We require a full deposit at time of booking which may be canceled without penalty 7 days prior to arrival. Our non-refundable and pre-paid rates will be subject to the terms and conditions of the rate or package booked.
  • Is there shopping and dining nearby?

    Absolutely! Situated in Pier Village, Long Branch, New Jersey, our hotel puts you within walking distance to the beach and all of Pier Village shops and dining. Walk to our onsite bars (The Bar) and embark on craft cocktails and small bites.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, Wave Resort offers gift cards, perfect for gifting a stay or experience. To purchase or for more information, please contact our front desk directly and our team will be happy to assist.
  • What time is check-in? Do you offer early check-in options?

    Our check-in time is 4:00 PM, and while it's not guaranteed, we try our best to accommodate guests with the option to check in early when there are slots available. Please feel free to check at our front desk when you arrive.
  • What dining options are available at Wave Resort?

    Wave Resort features several dining options, including the Asian-fusion, Soya by Salt, offering oceanfront views and rich flavors. Guests can also enjoy the Carousel Bar, which offers live music, happy hour specials, and cozy fire pits (seasonal). Located near the lobby is also The Bar, featuring light bites and specialty cocktails.
  • What does your resort fee include?

    Resort Fee always includes: Wave's Resort fee is $55/night and includes a welcome drink from our cocktail and beverage selection at The Bar, fitness center access, use of beach cruisers, high-speed wireless internet, in-room coffee and water, and access to exclusive guest discounts throughout Pier Village for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Plus, all guests are invited to join us year-round for rotating events, including happy hour, live music, wellness offerings, kids events, cultural celebrations, and more.

    Off-Season Resort Fee (Sep 16 - May 14) also includes: A $25 Wave Resort Spa discount (valid on services only), pet fees are waived ($75/night value - weight restrictions apply), and a 15% discount on future stays booked prior to departure.

    Summer Season Resort Fee (May 15 - Sep 15) also includes: Access to Wave Resort Pool and Pool Bar, and use of beachside chairs and umbrellas.

  • Can I begin using the amenities before check-in time? Or continue to use amenities after check out?

    Exclusivity is our motto, and that's only guaranteed when we limit amenity uses to current guests. You may use our amenities only after checking in. Our experiences are designed to revoke access once our guests check out.

  • Is your pool heated?

    Our seasonal heated outdoor pool offers a direct view of the waves while you are taking a refreshing dip. Generally open during spring-summer, when the beach is crowded, our pool and the adjoining deck offer a more relaxing alternative to your luxury beach vacation.
  • When does your pool open?

  • What type of parking is available at the resort?

    Valet is available for Resort guests for $55/night. Hourly valet rates are available for restaurant and spa guests.
  • How can I rent a bicycle during my stay?

    Bicycles are available at no additional cost on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must visit the Front Desk to sign bicycles out and complete a waiver form, and sign bicycles in upon return. Bicycles and helmets will be sanitized in between uses. City regulations prohibit riding bicycles on the boardwalk or the beach.
  • Will I be able to use Wave Resort amenities if I am visiting the Spa?

    Your appointment at Wave Spa covers spa services only and does not grant Wave Resort guest amenities like the fitness room, beach access, or pool use. The Spa locker rooms are available immediately following spa services.
  • Does your hotel allow pets?

    We are delighted to have your furry friend join you for your stay! We welcome dogs and cats 40 lbs and under with a fee of $75/night, per pet, plus taxes, with a maximum of two pets per room. Please note: City regulations do not permit dogs on the boardwalk or promenade. Dogs are also not allowed on the beaches of Long Branch from May 1st through September 30th. All animals must always be leashed.
  • What are the additional amenities available at Wave Spa?

    Wave Spa features a relaxation lounge, outdoor terrace, and locker rooms with showers for guest convenience. Optional add-ons, including aromatherapy, CBD, hot stones, and self-heating mud, can enhance your experience and provide personalized touches to your spa treatments.
  • Who do I contact if I have questions about recreation events happening at Wave?

  • What is the difference between a Superior and Deluxe room?

    Our room types vary greatly. Our Deluxe room types are more spacious and offer a pullout sofa and seating area, except for our Deluxe accessible rooms that do not have a sofa to allow for accessible navigation in the room.
  • Are your Junior Suites oceanfront?

    Our Junior Suites offer limited partial ocean views from the terrace, have a king bed, and a pullout sofa sleeper with a separate seating area and two televisions.
  • Do any of your rooms have jacuzzi tubs?

    Our guest rooms do not have Jacuzzi tubs. Some rooms do offer a standard bathtub. To guarantee a room with a bathtub, please call the resort directly to speak with Reservations.
  • Do any of the guest rooms have kitchenettes?

    While our guest rooms don't have kitchenettes, we offer convenient in-room amenities to enhance your stay. All rooms come equipped with mini-refrigerators, and microwaves are available for a $25 fee upon request prior to arrival (subject to availability).
  • Do you have adjoining rooms?

    We do offer adjoining guest rooms. Some of our Deluxe King rooms connect to our Deluxe Two Queens rooms. Please contact the resort directly to speak with the Front Desk team to ensure an adjoining room type is available and suits your specific needs.

  • Can I arrange something special in my room to celebrate a special occasion?

    Yes! We are grateful for the opportunity to host you during your special celebration! Please contact the resort directly to speak with our front desk/concierge team regarding all the special options we offer.

  • How often is the spa furniture cleaned?

    The spa furniture is cleaned throughout the day by our team utilizing appropriate cleaning agents. The staff focuses on high-touch areas in the locker rooms, restrooms, and other public spaces. Linens are washed after every guest service or treatment.
  • Are refreshments available in the spa?

    Yes, in the Relaxation Lounge we offer light refreshments including tea, fruit-infused water and trail mix.
  • What spa services are offered at Wave Spa?

    Wave Spa provides a wide range of luxury treatments, including massages such as the Wave Massage and Deep Tissue Massage, body scrubs like the Sea Scrub, and specialty services like the Body Firming Wrap. Guests can also enjoy wellness offerings, including mindfulness meditation, yoga, and personal training sessions, ensuring a rejuvenating experience

  • Is Long Branch beach open for swimming?

    Pack your swimsuits! Your beach retreat in Long Branch awaits! Beaches are open for swimming during the summer months when lifeguards are on duty. Swimming is not permitted in the off-season due to safety precautions.
  • What is the weather like in Long Branch?

    Mostly a summertime retreat, Long Branch has inherited the typical continental climate of New Jersey's North Shore settlements. That means tropical vacations in the summer and white holidays (sometimes) in the winter. There is plenty to do here on both occasions. Our oceanfront resort will provide you the ideal getaway any time of the year.

  • What are East Coast beaches best known for?

    The Jersey Shore is one of the most iconic beach locations in all of the East Coast. The shore is best known for its great surfing and beach culture, vibrant restaurants and nightlife, and gorgeous sand and surf. Each town boasts an exciting personality that is unique and full of adventure.
  • How much does it cost to enter the beaches in NJ?

    As a guest of Wave Resort, access to Long Branch beach is complimentary and included in our resort fee. If you plan to visit other beaches throughout the Jersey Shore, pricing does differ, depending on the town. Average daily beach passes generally range from $5 to $12.
  • Are there nearby events or activities to enjoy during my stay at Wave Resort?

    Yes, Wave Resort is located in the vibrant Pier Village area of Long Branch, where guests can enjoy a variety of cultural events, shopping, dining, and beach activities. Check the resort’s Event Calendar for up-to-date information on local events happening during your stay.
