  • What does your resort fee include?

    Resort Fee always includes: A complimentary welcome drink (your choice of champagne, wine, coffee, or tea), fitness center access, complimentary use of beach cruisers, complimentary use of Kids’ Room (Wave Resort 2nd floor), high-speed wireless internet, complimentary in-room coffee and water, and access to exclusive guest discounts throughout Pier Village for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Plus, all guests are invited to join us year-round for rotating events including happy hour, live music, wellness offerings, kids events, cultural celebrations, and more.

    The Off-Season Resort Fee (Sep 16 - May 14) also includes: A $25 Wave Resort Spa discount, furry friends stay free: pet fees are waived ($75/night value - weight restrictions apply), and a 15% discount for future stays that are booked prior to departure.

    Summer Season Resort Fee (May 15 - Sep 15) also includes: Exclusive access to Wave Resort Pool and Pool Bar, and exclusive use of beachside chairs and umbrellas.

  • Can I begin using the amenities before check-in time? Or continue to use amenities after check out?

    Exclusivity is our motto, and that's only guaranteed when we limit amenity uses to current guests. You may use our amenities only after checking in. Our experiences are designed to revoke access once our guests check out.

  • Is your pool heated?

    Our seasonal heated outdoor pool offers a direct view of the waves while you are taking a refreshing dip. Generally open during spring-summer, when the beach is crowded, our pool and the adjoining deck offer a more relaxing alternative to your luxury beach vacation.
  • What type of parking is available at the resort?

    Valet is available for Resort guests for $55/night. Hourly valet rates are available for restaurant and spa guests. 

  • How can I rent a bicycle during my stay?

    Bicycles are available at no additional cost on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must visit the Front Desk to sign bicycles out and complete a waiver form, and sign bicycles in upon return. Bicycles and helmets will be sanitized in between uses. City regulations prohibit riding bicycles on the boardwalk or the beach.
  • Will I be able to use Wave Resort amenities if I am visiting the Spa?

    Your appointment at Wave Spa covers spa services only and does not grant Wave Resort guest amenities like the fitness room, beach access, or pool use. The Spa locker rooms are available immediately following spa services.
