  • Is beach access included with my stay?

    Guests may enjoy the public beach located just steps away from the resort at no additional cost. Beach services are available daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. 
  • What time is check-in/check-out? Do you offer early check-in or late checkout?

    Guest check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am. Due to our heavy summer occupancy, late-check out is not available. While there is no guarantee, we do try our best to accommodate guests with early check-in when there are rooms available. We invite you to inquire at the Front Desk upon arrival.
  • How do I get to Wave Resort?

    Directions to Wave Resort is easy, whether you go by rail, road, or sea. Just about an hour from New York City, you'll be glad you planned a relaxing escape the minute your feet hit the sand. With the NJ Transit Long Branch train station just three minutes away, you can explore the entire shore.
  • What is Long Branch, NJ famous for?

    Long Branch is Jersey Shore's long-standing hotspot for surfing, sunshine, and shoreside family fun. With its premier shops and restaurants at Pier Village, the town offers a rich cultural and culinary experience on the East Coast. Our oceanfront retreat Wave Resort is integral to the Long Branch community.
  • Do all of the guest rooms have an ocean view?

    While our resort was designed with ocean views in mind, not every guest room offers a direct ocean view. All rooms do offer a private balcony! The only way to guarantee an oceanfront view is by booking one of our Oceanfront room types. 
  • What are the dining options available during my stay?

    We invite you to experience one of our signature restaurants -- Maya offering coastal Mediterranean-inspired dishes; or Branch Cantina, with Mexican classics and your favorite margaritas. In the morning, perk up with a coffee from Boardwalk Café, or savor your afternoon with a cocktail at Carousel Bar. Whichever your choice, you'll find ocean views and impeccable service.

  • Is your pool heated?

    Our seasonal heated outdoor pool offers a direct view of the waves while you are taking a refreshing dip. Generally open during spring-summer, when the beach is crowded, our pool and the adjoining deck offer a more relaxing alternative to your luxury beach vacation.
  • What type of parking is available at the resort?

    Valet is available for Resort guests for $55/night. Hourly valet rates are available for restaurant and spa guests. 

  • How can I rent a bicycle during my stay?

    Bicycles are available at no additional cost on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must visit the Front Desk to sign bicycles out and complete a waiver form, and sign bicycles in upon return. Bicycles and helmets will be sanitized in between uses. City regulations prohibit riding bicycles on the boardwalk or the beach.
  • Will I be able to use Wave Resort amenities if I am visiting the Spa?

    Your appointment at Wave Spa covers spa services only and does not grant Wave Resort guest amenities like the fitness room, beach access, or pool use. The Spa locker rooms are available immediately following spa services.
