  • Is beach access included with my stay?

    Guests may enjoy the public beach located just steps away from the resort at no additional cost. Beach services are available daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. 
  • What time is check-in/check-out? Do you offer early check-in or late checkout?

    Guest check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Due to our heavy summer occupancy, late-check out is not available. While there is no guarantee, we do try our best to accommodate guests with early check-in when there are rooms available. We invite you to inquire at the Front Desk upon arrival.
  • How do I get to Wave Resort?

    Directions to Wave Resort is easy, whether you go by rail, road, or sea. Just about an hour from New York City, you'll be glad you planned a relaxing escape the minute your feet hit the sand. With the NJ Transit Long Branch train station just three minutes away, you can explore the entire shore.
  • What is Long Branch, NJ famous for?

    Long Branch is Jersey Shore's long-standing hotspot for surfing, sunshine, and shoreside family fun. With its premier shops and restaurants at Pier Village, the town offers a rich cultural and culinary experience on the East Coast. Our oceanfront retreat Wave Resort is integral to the Long Branch community.
  • Do all of the guest rooms have an ocean view?

    While our resort was designed with ocean views in mind, not every guest room offers a direct ocean view. All rooms do offer a private balcony! The only way to guarantee an oceanfront view is by booking one of our Oceanfront room types. 
  • What are the dining options available during my stay?

    Dive into the spirit of summer with a variety of dining options to tantalize your taste buds. Savor coastal Mediterranean flavors at our signature restaurant, Maya. For a relaxed setting, The Bar offers playful light bites alongside expertly crafted cocktails. Craving something poolside? Refresh with a cool drink and poolside bites at the Pool Bar. And of course, don't miss the iconic Carousel Bar, where you can enjoy light bites and signature cocktails with breathtaking ocean views. Whichever you choose, impeccable service and the Jersey Shore atmosphere await.

  • Is there an age limit to stay at Wave Resort?

    Guests must be 21 years old or older to check-in.

  • What does your resort fee include?

    Resort Fee always includes: A complimentary welcome drink (your choice of champagne, wine, coffee, or tea), fitness center access, complimentary use of beach cruisers, high-speed wireless internet, complimentary in-room coffee and water, and access to exclusive guest discounts throughout Pier Village for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Plus, all guests are invited to join us year-round for rotating events including happy hour, live music, wellness offerings, kids events, cultural celebrations, and more.

    Summer Season Resort Fee (May 15 - Sep 15) also includes: Exclusive access to Wave Resort Pool and Pool Bar, and use of beach side chairs and umbrellas.

    Off-Season Resort Fee (Sep 16 - May 14) also includes: A $25 Wave Resort Spa discount, furry friends stay free: pet fees are waived ($75/night value - weight restrictions apply), and a 15% discount for future stays that are booked prior to departure.

  • Can I begin using the amenities before check-in time? Or continue to use amenities after check out?

    Exclusivity is our motto, and that's only guaranteed when we limit amenity uses to current guests. You may use our amenities only after checking in. Our experiences are designed to revoke access once our guests check out.

  • Do any of the guest rooms have kitchenettes?

    While our guest rooms don't have kitchenettes, we offer convenient in-room amenities to enhance your stay. All rooms come equipped with mini-refrigerators, and microwaves are available for a $25 fee upon request prior to arrival (subject to availability).

  • What is the difference between a Superior and Deluxe room?

    Our room types vary greatly. Our Deluxe room types are more spacious and offer a pullout sofa and seating area, except for our Deluxe accessible rooms that do not have a sofa to allow for accessible navigation in the room.
  • Are your Junior Suites oceanfront?

    Our Junior Suites offer limited partial ocean views from the terrace, have a king bed, and a pullout sofa sleeper with a separate seating area and two televisions.
  • Do you have adjoining rooms?

    We do offer adjoining guest rooms. Some of our Deluxe King rooms connect to our Deluxe Two Queens rooms. Please contact the resort directly to speak with the Front Desk team to ensure an adjoining room type is available and suits your specific needs.
  • Do any of your rooms have jacuzzi tubs?

    Our guest rooms do not have Jacuzzi tubs. Some rooms do offer a standard bathtub. To guarantee a room with a bathtub, please call the resort directly to speak with Reservations.
  • Can I arrange something special in my room to celebrate a special occasion?

    Yes! We are grateful for the opportunity to host you during your special celebration! Please contact the resort directly to speak with our front desk/concierge team regarding all the special options we offer.
