Enjoy beach vacations like you used to, with a fair upgrade in safety at Wave Resort. With a world ready to travel again, we want you to feel at home during your well-deserved beach retreat.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing all public spaces, emphasizing frequent contact surfaces. Hand sanitizer dispensers, touchless whenever possible, have been placed at key guest and employee entrances and contact areas such as driveways, reception areas, hotel lobby, and more. We are also closely monitoring government policy updates, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, government mandates, and public health advancements to make appropriate adjustments as necessary.
The safety and well-being of our guests and employees remain Wave Resort's top priority. Our employees receive detailed health checks before the beginning of every shift and have received training on guest safety. We have increased our cleaning and sanitation procedures and are using disinfectants approved by the EPA and CDC. Please click here for more details.
We are currently following all guidelines from state and local officials. Our pool and beach chair services are seasonal and open during the spring-summer season. We operated the pool this year at 50% of our maximum capacity following state mandates. Our Spa is operating at limited capacity and by appointment only. Our restaurants are open for takeout, indoor, and outdoor dining at limited capacities.
Following CDC and government guidelines, we require face coverings for all staff and guests in indoor public areas of the resort. Face coverings must be worn in all indoor public areas, amenities, and whenever social distancing of at least six feet apart is not possible.
